Houston Japanese Restaurants Review: Tokyohana

After reading the reviews, I was excited to try out Tokyohana. We were greeted indifferently by the chic hostess and seated at a table by the bar that was so tiny that amidst the condiments placed on it I was concerned about whether a plate for each of us would fit. The sushi menu was limited though compared to what I read online. When we got our sushi it was not prepared how we thought it would be after reading the descriptions on the menu and two out of 3 of the rolls were much to our distaste. The service was far too rushed- our waiter hovered around and brought out our appetizer and rolls before we were even done eating our salads. The quality of the sushi was good as well as the prices, but the service and ambiance needs improvement in the sushi section.
