Fung's Kitchen, Houston

Fung's Kitchen is definitely the best place for dim sum in Houston . The food is great and you're not crammed in like sardines like most other places. They have a great "street deli" where you go up and pick your dim sum from a booth. Also, if you're concerned about cleanliness... Fung's is also the cleanest Chinese restaurant in Houston . I'd give Ocean Palace second place.
