Vietopia in Houston

A nice fusion restaurant whose normal Vietnamese Restaurants in Houston dishes are rather mediocre. Try the lettuce wraps, they're refreshing. Sort of expensive for the cost per person, if you compare to lai lai's or other "cheap chinese" locations, but must be considered for is attempts at a "cuisine".
