Cafe 101 in Houston Review

The food and decor here is pretty modern and decent. However, the service and kitchen are currently sorely understaffed. As a result, both of my dinners here have resulted in very long waits for food. If you don't mind waiting nearly an hour for your food, it's not bad once you finally get to eat your food.
